• Co-manages a residential house flipping company, currently awaiting completion of our 2nd project in Regional NSW and with another two in the pipeline for 2024

• Has purchased and renovated six investment properties since 2021, five of which are still owned

• 5 years experience as a geotechnical engineer with WSP Australia, with significant experience in project planning, managing trades and tendering

• 1.5 years experience as Construction Project Manager for Stratti Building Group in the completion of single-family residential homes up to $26m in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney + North shore.

• Previously spent 1 year working in Construction Management, also in the completion of high-end residential homes for CplusC Architects + Builders.

• Currently developing a Class 1B rooming house in Regional VIC alongside Callum (2024)

• Owns a short-term rental investment property in Perth, WA (2024)

• Assisted Callum in the planning and execution of his six renovations across Australia, including the submission of 3x Development Applications on his behalf
